Volunteer Work:

Become a Literacy Tutor!
Help change lives in your community by becoming a Literacy Tutor with The Literacy Connection! We need dedicated volunteers to help adults improve their English skills. No experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need.

What You’ll Do:

• Join Us for a One-Hour Orientation: Learn about our mission and how you can help.
• Complete 12 Hours of Online Training: Follow our easy-to-use online modules at your own pace.
• Tutor Adults in Your Community: Meet with learners for at least four hours a month for a year, at a time and place that works for both of you.
