In an exclusive event presented by the Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce for the business community, Mayor David Kaptain celebrated Elgin's achievements while planting seeds for the future. Sponsored by Elgin Community College, HLR, and AT&T, the meeting began at 7:30 a.m. with a hot breakfast buffet and networking opportunities, followed by the Mayor's presentation at 8:00 a.m. Following his presentation, there was ample time for Q&A.

The EAC's event was a not-to-be-missed opportunity to sit down to breakfast with the Mayor, including a Q&A session and networking.
