Improve Workplace Safety with Free ECC Programs

ECC is currently offering two no-cost programs—Safety Audits and Safety Culture Assessments—designed to help companies enhance workplace safety. Both programs are funded by a state grant and must be completed by March 31, 2025.

• Safety Audits simulate OSHA inspections, identifying potential violations and penalties. They include a remediation plan to strategically address safety improvements and can be conducted with or without frontline employee awareness. All findings remain confidential.

• Safety Culture Assessments focus on communication, training, and safety programs. Through confidential interviews and focus groups at all organizational levels, these assessments evaluate workplace culture, teamwork, and management practices. Each assessment includes actionable recommendations to improve safety culture.
