Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois Announces New CEO
Northern Illinois – March 25, 2025 – Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois today announced the appointment of Jodi Dahlke as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective May 2025.
Dahlke brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as Chief Strategy Officer for Girl Scouts of Northwestern Great Lakes in Wisconsin for almost 10 years. In addition to over 30 years of business leadership experience, Dahlke brings expertise in strategic planning, volunteer management, and Girl Scout-specific senior leadership. She prides herself on building strong relationships with her teams and establishing lasting connections throughout the community.
Recently, and prior to her time with the Girl Scout Movement, Dahlke held many business leadership roles within small, medium, and large organizations. She has a passion for business operations, training and development, employee relations, and community development over multi-county structures.
With education in technology, business and human resource management, Dahlke combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership to support business growth and transformation. Beyond the workplace, she is an active mentor and advocate for community engagement in all geographic areas she serves within.
Dahlke shares, “I am looking forward to bringing my passion, along with my strategic and innovative thinking, to an organization I believe in and has such a large impact on youth throughout northern Illinois. I am committed to ensuring our Girl Scouts have an environment of belonging and opportunities to build courage, confidence and character.”
Dahlke will be making her first appearance at Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois’ Annual Meeting on Saturday, April 26, 9 a.m.–Noon, at NIU’s Barsema Alumni & Visitors Center in DeKalb.
