ELGIN CHAMBER BUSINESS WINS 2025

COMFORT KEEPERS^® QUEST FOR EXCELLENCE AWARD

CK Franchising, Inc. (CKFI), the franchisor of Comfort Keepers^® in-home care, recently recognized Anna Holden, owner of the Elgin, Buffalo Grove, Park Ridge, and Chicago Comfort Keepers offices, for outstanding achievement with the Quest for Excellence Award. The annual Quest for Excellence award recognizes Comfort Keepers franchisees as the top sales performers with revenue growth or who deliver the most significant percentage of year-over-year revenue growth within a category.

Anna Holden is being recognized and honored for delivering a stellar business performance in 2025 and part of the recognition included an incentive trip to Key Largo with other winners.

Comfort Keepers is a leading franchise that provides high-quality in-home care services to seniors, keeping our loved ones safe in the comfort of their own homes. It allows seniors to live comfortably, maintain their independence, and enjoy an enhanced quality of life. Anna has owned the Comfort Keepers franchise since 2000 and expanded to Elgin in 2019. 

Heather Determan became part of the Comfort Keepers® family in 2023, taking on the role of managing client care and increasing awareness of the Elgin location. Shortly after joining the team, Heather also became a member of the Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce.
