We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers, using persuasive arguments.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses for current and potential customers to meet their requirements.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timelines.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products/services.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and promotional trends.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a sales representative
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build business relationships (Salesforce)
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and possess a proven sales track record
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Experience with QuickBooks
