Job Scope: Responsible for maintaining front-desk operations, including answering and routing calls, assisting clients with paperwork, scheduling and coordinating appointments, and performing general administrative duties. Verifies client information at check-in, obtains required signatures, and accurately tracks cancellations and missed appointments. Handles client payments by issuing receipts, posting transactions, and balancing daily payment logs and reports while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer switchboard, transfer calls, assist clients with paperwork, schedule appointments and other general office duties
- Verify client contact information upon check-in, have client sign appropriate forms, log any cancelled or failed appointments
- Collect client payments, issue receipts, post payments, and balance payment logs and reports

Education and Experience
- High School graduate.
- One year of telephone operating experience with clear diction and proper pronunciation.
- Data entry and accurate typing skills of at least 40 wpm.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other computer programs
- Exhibits courteous, professional demeanor and must dress in appropriate business attire.
- Fluent in Spanish
Schedule
- Tuesday – Saturday 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours a week).
