We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers, using persuasive arguments.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses for current and potential customers to meet their requirements.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within specified timelines.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products/services.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and promotional trends.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a sales representative
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build business relationships (Salesforce)
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and possess a proven sales track record
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations
  • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Experience with QuickBooks
