Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, preferably with a focus on HR or a business-related field
- Five or more years of related HR Management experience
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office products
- Strong understanding of all areas of the manufacturing business model
- Self-driven and proactive, always looking for ways to optimize efficiencies while focused on internal customer satisfaction
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels with a focus on listening to stakeholder, as well as working collaboratively to drive buy-in
- Strong presentation, meeting/workshop facilitation, and written communication skills
- Ability to travel in the region (<5%)
