What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. This is the perfect role if you’re looking to build a well-rounded marketing career with hands-on experience across SEO, paid media, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you’ll get to:

Conduct keyword research and basic competitive analysis using tools like SEMrush to help inform marketing strategy

Support on-page SEO improvements and help manage technical SEO projects to improve organic visibility

Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and paid media campaigns

Analyze web and ad performance using Google Analytics and GA4

Help translate data into actionable recommendations that drive marketing decisions

Support web content management and updates on our BigCommerce platform

What You Bring

This role is built for early-career marketers—whether you’re a recent grad or you’ve gained experience through internships, freelance work, or school projects.

We’re looking for someone with:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Hands-on experience with SEO or content marketing through:

Internships

Freelance work

School organizations or digital projects

Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMrush

Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for SEO

Analytical thinking and interest in digital strategy

Organized, self-motivated, and curious to learn
