Your Role as a Caregiver
As a caregiver, you’ll be a vital part of our clients’ lives—providing not just care, but comfort, companionship, and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep
• Provide emotional support and meaningful companionship
• Support mobility: gait belt assistance, sit-to-stand transfers
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
What We’re Looking For
Proven hands-on experience providing compassionate and attentive care to individuals in need, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Experience in senior care (preferred)
• A compassionate, service-oriented mindset
• Ability to assist with physical tasks and lifting
• Familiarity with memory care (a plus!)
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal transportation required to ensure punctuality and flexibility in meeting client needs across various locations
• Must be 21+ and pass a background check

Location & Schedule
• Work in-person in Surrounding Elgin Areas; Carpentersville, West Dundee, South Elgin, Hampshire, Burlington, Campton Hills, Sycamore, Il.
• Must be able to commute or relocate before starting
• Day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts available
