We’re seeking a dedicated Civil Litigation Attorney to join our Schaumburg team, with a focus on mortgage foreclosures, collections, and related banking/finance matters.

What You’ll Do:
🔹Conduct thorough legal research on legal issues related to mortgage foreclosure and collections.
🔹Draft legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and agreements with precision and clarity.
🔹Meet with clients and develop estate planning documents to meet or exceed client needs.
🔹Represent clients' legal proceedings.
🔹Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and communications.
🔹Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive representation.

What We’re Looking For:
🔹Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
🔹Active license to practice law in Illinois.
🔹Experience in Mortgage Foreclosure and Collections.
🔹Portable book of business, a plus.
🔹Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
🔹Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients' needs and matters simultaneously.
🔹Legal research skills with proficiency in tools like Lexis-Nexis.
🔹A commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
