The best way to learn music is to play music with others. Our unconventional performance-based 

curriculum has a transformative and enlivening effect on students. Fostering a sense of confidence 

as students learn new skills, master songs, and ready themselves for performing at a full-blown rock 

concert. Every student leaves the program a success. Whether you are an absolute beginner or have 

years of experience, our guidance is tailored to help develop and educate musicians to reach their 

greatest potential on and off the stage.

OUR PROGRAMS

PERFORMANCE (ages 12-18)

The Performance Program is the flagship program at School of Rock. Students prepare through weekly 

lessons & group rehearsals for months, getting ready for the big End-of Season

Show. It allows students the opportunity to perform in real rock venues throughout the year.

ROCK 101 (ages 8-12)

Rock 101 is the first stop on the road to the stage. Students receive a weekly private lesson on a 

selected instrument & participate in a weekly group rehearsal where inexperienced students can 

progress as a band in an encouraging environment.

ROOKIES (ages 6-7)

Our Rookies classes are group classes focused on exploring different rock instruments & playing 

musical games to support a musical foundation.

LITTLE WING (ages 4-5)

Rock’s youngest fans come together to experience musical learning. Classic Rock songs are used to 

introduce preschool concepts such as rhythm, song structure, melody, and dynamics. This class helps 

plant the seed for a musical foundation based on Rock & Roll.

ADULT PERFORMANCE (18+)

In our adult performance program, students receive individual lessons along with weekly band 

rehearsals, getting ready for the big End-of Season Show. This program is for musicians of all 

levels looking for an exciting and unique style of learning.
