Description

This free, self-guided tour of Elgin's museums include a stop at the Gail Borden Public Library celebrating its 150 anniversary. The Open Elgin event is sponsored by the Elgin Development Group's Enhancing Elgin committee, which consists of representatives from Elgin Area Chamber of Commerce, Elgin Development Group, City of Elgin, School District, U-46, Explore Elgin Area, Downtown Neighborhood Association, Elgin History Museum, Elgin Community College and the Gail Borden Public Library.
