Start with a tour of this renowned estate, home to a world-class collection of antique music machines, phonographs, arcade games, chandeliers, art glass, and the largest theatre pipe organ.

Then, join our French-inspired Carnivale. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres, entertainment, and dinner in the stunning Eden Palais Carousel Pavilion, where you'll be surrounded by functional mechanical antiques, including steam engines, historic clocks, and the spectacular European salon carousel.

Come on out to celebrate the work of Anderson Humane at the CARNIVALE! A fun-filled evening of touring the Sanfilippo home, drinks and dinner in the pavilion, with live auction, paddle raise, and carousel rides.
