Leader Luncheon is the signature event of the YWCA Elgin, held annually to honor deserving women for their outstanding accomplishments and raise funds to support the YWCA Elgin’s work. Leader Luncheon 2024, supported by Title Sponsor The Schrieber Group, will occur on Thursday, May 9, 2024. 

The YWCA Elgin is honored to have Linda Siete, Reflejos Newspaper Publisher as the 2024 Keynote Speaker, and Elisa Lara, RN, of the Visiting Nurses Association (VNA) Health Care as the 2024 Leader Luncheon Honorary Chair.

Leader Luncheon is YWCA Elgin’s primary fundraising event. Funds from the event are used to develop and expand programming and advocacies for women and families’ economic self-sufficiency with a clear commitment to the elimination of racism and the empowerment of women.
