With the recent release of the new Form I-9, it is the perfect time for employers to ensure they have their Form I-9’s in order as well as learn how to comply with the new Form I-9. We will also be reviewing the new options for verifying remote employees and compliance with the E-verify requirements. Finally, with the continued growth of remote workers, we will review the local E-verify compliance requirements.
