ECC is hosting a State of Illinois Capital Development Board Event at Elgin Community College on November 3, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. This event will allow the CDB to share information on the BEP State certification, prequalification, diversity requirements, and the actual bidding process for vertical construction of state-owned properties. There will also be opportunities to ask questions and receive guidance on the overall bidding process. We are excited to bring this opportunity to the Elgin Area and hope that you can share this with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, suppliers, and professional services who may be interested.
