Dear Community Partner,

As Thanksgiving approaches, The Salvation Army Elgin Corps is reaching out to our valued community partners and supporters with a special request.

This year, our goal is to provide Thanksgiving meals for 200 local families, ensuring that our neighbors in need have the opportunity to gather around the table and celebrate the holiday with dignity, joy, and a full meal.

To make this possible, we need to raise $8,000, and we are asking our community to help us reach that goal.

For just $40, you can help feed one family this Thanksgiving.

Your sponsorship can make a meaningful difference:

• $40 – Provides Thanksgiving food for 1 family
• $200 – Provides Thanksgiving food for 5 families
• $400 – Provides Thanksgiving food for 10 families
• $1,000 – Provides Thanksgiving food for 25 families

Every contribution, regardless of size, brings us closer to our goal of helping 200 families enjoy a Thanksgiving meal.

We know that our community is strongest when we come together, and we are incredibly grateful for the businesses, organizations, and individuals who continue to support our mission.

I have attached our Thanksgiving sponsorship flyer and would welcome the opportunity to discuss how you or your organization can be part of this effort.

Will you help us set the table for 200 families this Thanksgiving?

Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a difference. Your generosity will help bring comfort, hope, and a meaningful holiday celebration to families right here in our community.

Warm regards,

 Diana Palacios
