Since 1926, the Better Business Bureau of Chicago & Northern Illinois has worked to foster a marketplace built on trust.

We actively travel throughout Northern Illinois (from the northwest to Kankakee) to:

Educate consumers and businesses.

Investigate and hold substandard businesses accountable.

Support vulnerable groups, including military members, seniors, and youth.
