From single-family and town home residences to luxury apartments and an over-55 community, the Village buzzes with new construction. Along the way, it would be impossible to miss the 20 public parks, miles of paved, accessible trails and more than 200 acres of protected natural areas. The Village Center attracts residents and visitors to Panton Mill Park for our Wednesday night concert series, Cruise Nights, Movie Nights. Just south, as the scenic Fox River flows, you’ll discover the award-winning SEBA Park (a must-visit destination for kids of all abilities).
The new Public Safety Center opened November 2024 in the Village Center. This state-of-the-art facility is home to the Police Department, public meeting/training space, and a Veteran’s Plaza. The Public Safety Center was completed without a tax increase for residents and businesses. This past year the renovation of Sperry Park was completed with a new playground, ninja-style obstacle course, pickleball courts, a new pavilion, landscape enhancements, and parking lot upgrades.
