Our Story

Mill Creek Bagel Company was born from a lifetime of local roots and a deep connection to the serene waters of our namesake creek. Having spent their youth exploring the creek’s unique landscape, our founders sought to channel that spirit of discovery into something tangible. Established in 2023, our shop brings that same focus and artisanal quality to this charming Midwestern town, honoring our heritage through the craft of every bagel we bake.
