Laurence M. Bradley, Jr., MD, FAAD

Dr. Laurence M. Bradley, Jr. is the founder of Legacy Dermatology. He’s a proud native of Schaumburg, Illinois, and is excited to begin his new journey providing quality skin care in Algonquin, Illinois. He graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in biology from Northern Illinois University and earned a medical degree with the highest honors (Alpha Omega Alpha) from Howard University College of Medicine. During residency, he trained at the VA Medical Center and Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He has served as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria.

He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is board certified in the subspecialty of Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. He has performed over 3,000 Mohs micrographic surgeries in rural communities across Illinois and in Peoria.

Dr. Bradley will offer general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology services to the community. He founded Legacy Dermatology to provide an innovative, patient-centered experience and to educate patients on protecting their skin. His interests include pigmentation disorders, keloids, cutaneous oncology, and hair loss. He looks forward to offering rejuvenating cosmetic procedures such as Botox®, soft tissue augmentation, chemical peels, and body contouring, to help you look and feel your best.

Dr. Bradley is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Mohs Surgery, and Skin of Color Society.

When he isn’t caring for patients in the office, he enjoys spending time with his three children and wife. His hobbies include fishing, kayaking, and hiking.
