I focus my practice on the division of retirement assets for divorcing individuals.

Dorothy A. Voigt opened her law practice in 2015 to draft quality orders to divide retirement benefits in connection with a divorce at a reasonable price. Dorothy also is able to help attorneys and divorcing individuals to understand the retirement and executive compensation benefits they have and the divisibility of same. Dorothy is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and Kane County Bar Association.
