IHC began in 1906 as a General Contracting firm. Throughout our history, we have expanded and modified our firm to reflect what Owners and purchasers of construction services need and desire. At our core, we are a builder of construction projects willing to adapt to the dynamics of an always changing marketplace, driven by the Owners of the projects we build.
