About

Harvest Bible Chapel in Elgin, Illinois, located at 1000 N Randall Road, is one of several campuses of the larger Harvest Bible Chapel organization, which originated in Rolling Meadows. The Elgin campus held its first service in September 2004 and has grown to become a significant church home for many in the area.

As a non-denominational megachurch, Harvest Bible Chapel focuses on what they describe as "vertical-focused worship," aiming to glorify God through the fulfillment of the Great Commission. Services at the Elgin campus include live worship and teaching.

A key part of Harvest Bible Chapel Elgin is Harvest Christian Academy (HCA), a private school for students from preschool through grade 12. HCA is dedicated to developing students grounded in God's Word, emphasizing strong academics, and providing opportunities for well-rounded development through athletics, arts, and community service.

The church also offers various ministries designed for spiritual growth and community connection, including:

  • Harvest Kids: A dedicated weekend experience for children from babies to fifth grade, offering age-appropriate learning and worship.
  • Harvest Students: Programs for teenagers focused on propelling them forward in their faith.
  • Hope Centers: The Elgin campus, along with others, has established a Hope Center to provide food and other resources to families in need within the Chicagoland area, especially in response to community shortages.
  • Community and Outreach Events: The church engages in various local and global initiatives, often including service events and gatherings like college ministry nights.
