About
Fellowship Housing is an independent, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that serves the needs of Chicagoland area single moms and their children who are struggling for stability and are often one small crisis away from homelessness. The mission of Fellowship Housing is to empower single moms to build a new legacy. We do this through a two-year transitional housing program that focuses on accountability and a path to independence.
We believe single moms are some of the hardest-working people on the planet. It is our joy and honor to come alongside them in times of crisis so they can regain stability, break cycles of poverty, and build a new legacy for their families.
If you or someone you know is in need, please reach out and let us serve you.
We Offer:
Two years of safe and affordable housing for single mothers and their children
Referrals for resources like counseling, career training, food programs, and more
Intensive financial training and guidance
One-on-one mentoring and support
Assistance securing permanent housing upon graduation

“Fellowship Housing gave me a place of my own that I could afford. For the very first time in my life, I had a place to go that I could call home. I've learned how to accept wisdom, guidance, love, and help from others. Seeing my kids grow in this stable and loving environment is the largest blessing my heart has ever felt.” — A Fellowship Housing Graduate
