Allen+Pepa Architects is a full-service architecture firm dedicated to preserving the rich history of the Fox Valley Region while simultaneously developing a new stock of buildings using the best concepts of urban design and sustainable architecture.

We pride ourselves on utilizing the latest 3D modeling technology to produce precise, thorough design documentation. This approach facilitates seamless communication between owners and contractors, ensuring the vision is executed perfectly.

Our individual firms began around the year 2000 and merged in 2007. The work of Lane and Eric grew out of deep personal relationships within the Fox River Valley communities and Kane County, IL.

While our roots are local, our reach is broad; we are highly experienced in collaborating with clients and code officials across various cities, counties, and out-of-state projects.

We utilize 100% Building Information Modeling (BIM / Revit software). This allows us to provide:
