We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a dedicated  Volunteer Coordinator to join our team at Marklund (formerly Little Angels) and help us grow  our volunteer program in the Elgin area. This position will be  Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with a salary range of $47,300 -  $53,300 based on qualifications and experience. 

  Responsibilities Include:

• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to ensure a diverse and dedicated team.
• Take part in outreach opportunities to promote volunteer program in the community  
• Provide orientation and ongoing support to volunteers  
• Develop relationships with staff and collaborate with them to  identify areas where volunteers can make a positive impact 
• Maintain accurate records of volunteer hours, activities, and feedback.
