Job description

• As the Delivery Manager you will be responsible for coordinating with several different regional Supply Chain and Sales functions to prioritize Sales Orders into and out of the Consolidation Center
• This position requires working on site at the Elgin Manufacturing facility in Elgin IL
• Attend operations planning meetings to align with manufacturing, factory scheduling, supply planning and logistics to ensure customer orders ship on time. Understand revenue risks and be able to communicate risk & recovery action
• Analyze and identify risk to on time shipment of customers orders and work with the different supply chain teams, order management and sales operations to mitigate such risks
• Develop and Drive planning for material allocation decisions
• Develop and publish detailed status reports to key stakeholders and lead weekly review meetings to ensure alignment
• Drive department continuous improvement initiatives to achieve KPI goals in delinquent backlog, delivery, inventory, and cost
• Align with supply chain and sales operations teams to provide accurate revenue and inventory forecast
• Participate in development of the department roadmap leading to a best in class supply chain organization
