Summary
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Material Handler for a local manufacturing facility in Elgin, IL. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment and have experience moving, organizing, and tracking materials to support production operations.
Responsibilities
- Move, stage, and track materials throughout the facility
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Package, label, and palletize finished products
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support warehouse and production teams as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
