We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Marketing/Customer Service Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Elgin as a Customer Service and Sales Support individual who will also be doing account management and other general office duties. You would be reporting directly to the owner.

Candidates with a great attitude can be trained with the skills necessary to succeed in the Promotional Products industry.

Duties Include:

Working with other salespeople to create presentations for customers

Creating Sales orders and Purchase Orders

Data Entry

Communication with vendors & customers

Skills Required:

• Attention to Detail
• Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate daily with Vendors, Customers, and Co-workers
• Excellent Follow-up Skills
• Being able to Multi-Task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
