Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate departments 
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests
• Schedule appointments, meetings, or service requests as needed
• Process payments, receipts, or basic billing tasks depending on company needs
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
• Ensure confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures
