We're meeting to learn How to be Healthy Over the Holidays and focus on self-care during this stressful time of year, making you more effective at work and at home. Meet Ascension Saint Joseph Hospital CEO Eva Balderrama, VP Medical Affairs Dr. Ana Gephardt and Maria Aurora Diaz, Dir of Community Health. We'll learn Tips for Eating Healthy with Mary Failla, MS, RD, LDN, Director of the Medical Weight Management Program. We'll also focus on Breast Health with Heidi Gaskill, Regional Director of Radiology, and Brian Schwartz, MD, Medical Director of Radiology.

Our Women's Leadership Circle, a collaboration of women leaders to help you build relationships and extend your personal and professional development meets monthly. This is an opportunity to collaborate and network with a charismatic group of women representing many sectors of business, education, health care, manufacturing, and non-profits. We'll also alternate meeting times - one monthly meeting for lunch from 11:30 am to 1 pm and the next for an evening reception from 4:30 to 6 pm.
