State of the City Address to the Business Community with Elgin Mayor David Kaptain

Please join us for Mayor Kaptain's Annual "State of the City" Address to the Elgin Area Chamber on Wednesday, January 13, at 8:00 a.m. In this exclusive event for the business community, Mayor David Kaptain will celebrate Elgin's achievements while planting seeds for the future. Our event is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to sit down to breakfast with the Mayor, including a Q&A session and networking.

Sponsored by Elgin Community College and Elgin State Bank, our meeting will begin at 8 a.m. with a hot breakfast buffet and networking opportunities, followed by the Mayor's presentation at 8:30 a.m. There will be plenty of time for Q&A.

Attendees of Chamber events agree to allow the Chamber and/or its official photographer to capture their image via photograph, video, or screenshot in the context of the event. Footage captured by the Chamber and/or its official photographer may be posted on social media, shared with media outlets, and/or used in future print and electronic promotional materials.
