South Elgin Public Works Open House

Description

The South Elgin Public Works Department will host an open house, Friday, May 17 from 2-6pm at the Public Services Building (1000 Bowes Road). Fun for all ages! Touch-a-Truck, games, refreshments and more. Plus you can chat with the folks who plow your streets, repair broken water mains when it's 10 below zero, fix potholes on Village streets, and keep the infrastructure in top condition. On a related note, we'll have rain barrels on display during the Open House. Our PW Department has teamed with the Conservation Foundation to provide rain barrels and compost barrels to our residents.
