Since opening its doors in 1961, Paul’s Family Restaurant has been much more than a neighborhood favorite for breakfast and comfort food. Founded by Greek immigrants John and Stella Paul, the restaurant has become a symbol of the American dream, built on hard work, exceptional quality, and a heartfelt commitment to giving back. 

Daughter Elaine purchased the family business in 1995 and runs it today. 

For more than six decades, the Paul family has nourished not only generations of customers but also our community through countless charitable efforts, including food and clothing drives, free breakfasts for children, and ongoing support for local families.
