De-Stress Mind and Body with Qigong Meditation
Qigong is a free-form Chinese martial art and there are plenty of non-movement and meditative ways to practice it. Sifu Jason will introduce or refamiliarize you with the art of Qigong and lead you in practices and movement exercises. The Qigong Meditation experience includes: Calming the Mind, Stress Reduction, Deep Relaxation Breathing, General Sense of Well-Being, Increased Vitality and Health.
The workshop is open to all experience levels. $40 per person, $35 for a second family member. Pre-registration is preferred but drop-ins are always welcome.
