Bring the whole family to sit under the stars in Elgin’s own beautiful parks! Enjoy a variety of family films all summer long, all for FREE! Remember to bring your lawn chairs, blankets, bug spray and snacks! Coolers are permitted at these events. No alcohol is allowed. Each event will have additional fun activities such as characters and interactive activities until the movie begins. July 19: "Trolls" at Festival Park
