Employees are often promoted because they’re good at doing their assigned work. But being good at doing the technical work is much, much different than being good at managing people. And, often, companies don’t have the capacity to train employees how to manage people. This is where Elgin Community College’s Corporate Training division helps.

On Thursday, October 8^th from 8a-5p we’re hosting on campus our popular training titled New Supervisor Skills. In this training, participants learn the most valuable management skills:
