The Juneteenth Cultural Rhythm & Blues Festival in Elgin, Illinois, will take place from Saturday, June 20 to Sunday, June 21, 2026. Hosted by the African American Coalition of Kane County (AACKC) at Festival Park, the multi-day celebration will run from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM each day. The 2026 event is highlighted by a special tribute honoring the legendary blues musician Buddy Guy.
