What are we currently looking for?

• Direct Support Professional (DSP) for 24-Hour Care or Community Day Services (CDS)
• Case Manager-QIDP
• Mental Health Case Manager (MHP)
• Crisis Case Manager for Mobile Crisis Response (MCRT)
• QMHP Outpatient Counselor (MA required)

What are the minimal requirements to join our team? 

• To be 18+ of age (16+ for CDS)
• At least a High School or equivalent (does not apply for CDS)
• Valid Driver’s License & Auto insurance
