Following a season of rebuilding and restoration after recent storm damage, First UMC Elgin invites our local business community, neighbors, and families to our Hope & Renewal Weekend! Join us as we reopen our doors and express our gratitude to the Elgin community for their support throughout our restoration. Enjoy a two-day celebration featuring: Saturday, Sept 19: 11:00 AM – Ribbon Cutting Ceremony & Presentations 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM – Community Open House, Free Food, & Family Fun Sunday, Sept 20: 10:00 AM – Celebration Worship Service & Church Blessing 11:30 AM – Free Community Brunch & "Ask the Pastor" Session with Pastor Felicia Admission is free and open to everyone in the Elgin community.
