A recent health scare sparked wakeup calls, so forging ahead with this event, something under consideration since about a month ago, after learning the restaurant, which hosted the MidSummer Chitown Gatherings ~20 years ago, has new ownership & is interested in events in 2026 [NEWS-INFO ABOUT THOSE LATER]. Short notice, but sometimes impromptu, spontaneous gatherings, shaking things up a bit, are just what you need.
