Elgin Police Department’s annual Halloween Extravaganza

Description

Get ready for an evening of family fun, community resources, music, characters, something haunted, and much more. The event is free and all are welcome. Take a trick-or-treat tour through the police department, and enjoy community partners, snacks, and lots of activities in front of the station. There will be a costume contest for kids 12 and under.
