Please join us for Mayor Kaptain's Annual "State of the City" Address to the Elgin Area Chamber on Tuesday, December 5 at 7:30 a.m. In an exclusive event for the business community, Mayor Kaptain will celebrate Elgin's achievements while planting seeds for the future. 

Sponsored by AT&T, TBK Bank, Elgin Community College, HLR, and Elgin State Bank, our meeting will begin at 7:30 a.m. with a hot breakfast buffet and networking opportunities with the Mayor's presentation to begin at 8 a.m. at Elgin Community College's Building E. Following his presentation, there will be plenty of time for Q&A. 

EAC's event is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to sit down to breakfast with the Mayor, including a Q&A session and networking. Be sure to mark your calendar and bring your appetite for conversation, answers, and a delicious hot buffet breakfast at Elgin Community College. Here's a chance to hear straight talk about topics directly from the officials whose actions have a huge effect on our businesses, our region, and our own daily lives.
