The YLA is a 501c3 non-profit organization serving youth and their families in Elgin Community College District 509 (including Illinois school districts U-46, D300, D301 and D303).

YWCA Elgin has been providing services that are dedicated to embracing diversity, empowering women and families and supporting our community's youth with a strong educational foundation for 118 years.
