Qigong is a free-form practice with many non-movement ways to practice it. Sifu Jason will introduce or refamiliarize you to the art of Qigong and lead you in Qigong practices and movements and meditative exercises. Your benefits from this experience may include Relaxation, Calming the Mind, Stress Reduction, General Sense of Well Being, Improved Body Structural Strength. This workshop is open to all skill and experience levels, whether you have years of practice in the internal arts or are a new beginner. $40 per person, $35 for a second family member in the same household.
