The Business Retention, Expansion and Attraction Committee consists of members from ComEd, Nicor, Comcast, PEAK Construction, ROI, a law firm,  City of Elgin, and others. The group has been involved in business retention, small business development efforts, formulating ideas to help retain and expand local businesses, and attracting new businesses to Elgin.
