The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor is a leadership role providing direction to Shakeproof’s plant-level manufacturing engineers. The supervisor ensures deployment of adequate resources at each facility and drives for standardization of our manufacturing processes. Additionally, this individual owns divisional manufacturing capacity and works with our operations and finance departments to champion new capital equipment as required.
